Alumni Support
EFE-Saudi Arabia supports its graduates by offering an array of alumni support activities and programs as the fourth pillar of EFE programming. These activities include meetings, follow-up activities and programming, ongoing skills development, and mentorship. EFE-Saudi Arabia’s Mentorship Program supports recent EFE graduates by connecting them with mentors sourced from corporate partners, local employer partners, and EFE alumni.
This program prepares youth to generate income from home and includes trainings on entrepreneurship, marketing, access to finance and sector-specific technical skills, in order for youth to either sell products or provide services. Follow-up support is provided in the form of seed funding or toolkits and mentorships. Sectors include Mobile Maintenance, Plumbing, Beauty and others
